Dancing With the Stars: What Happens When Everyone Brings Their A-Game
Where last week's Dancing With the Stars performances brought us a night full of surprises, Monday night was quite the opposite: The top stars shined as always, but some of the regularly low-scoring couples brought their A-Game. Anyway, he acted out in rehearsals all week by being extra hard on her and in the package they seemed a bit like one of those married couples that refuses to call a spade a spade and just throw in the towel. Alfonso, who shared the second spot with her was in her head though, and it showed all week in practice and in her live routine. He earned his spot in peril by getting only 20 out of 40 points with Witney the week before in switchups. After getting all eights for her hip hop efforts with Mark last week, Bethany was excited to get back to Derek. Unfortunately she would have a busy travel week to readjust to her normal partner leaving them only seven hours of rehearsal time for the entire week #youtubestarproblems. So Alfonso nailed his Flamenco with Cheryl last week putting him in a tie for second place this week. The two were happy to be back together, but it turns out Alfonso has been nursing a groin injury since the rebirth of the "Carlton" in week four.
